GENERAL HISTORY!
Like all stories, we start at the beginning, and the beginning of my story is about my parents. The two of them first met on set during a movie called 'Patience is a Virtue." My mom, a famous Korean actor, had decided to try out for a role in this Western movie, and my dad, was one of the Co-directors of this movie. Anyway, when my dad saw my mom in the audition, he immediately felt an attraction towards her. Eventually, my mom was able to get a role in the movie, and during the time the movie was being filmed, my parents became good friends, and eventually fell in love. The two of them got married, and bought a penthouse in England, where my father lived. However they knew because of their jobs, they would not be able to spend much time together, and that they would not have time to raise a child. So the two of them continued on with their professions.
This is where I come in. Many years later, when my parents were in their early sixties, and retired, they decided to have a child. They knew they were a bit old, but they really wanted one. However, instead of creating a baby, my parents decided to adopt a child. The two of them flew back to Korea, and adopted me, Erumina. You may have noticed that my middle name is Patience...They decided to name me after the movie that brought them together.
Anyway, I spent most of my childhood, doing what normal kids did. I was able to get myself into a some movies thanks to my parents connections, but after being in a few of them, my mom and dad obviously saw that I didn't really enjoy acting. And you know what? They were right. My talent was fashion design. I remember that every time the camera stopped filming me, I would rush backstage and see what the Costume Designers were working on. I loved how different fabrics would come together and become one beautiful piece of clothing...It all seemed so magical to me. I'm sure my parents saw it too, because the next thing I knew, I had started taking drawing classes twice a week after school, and loving it.
So anyways, one day, when I was about twelve, I accidentally left my sketch book at my desk during history class. My teacher looked through it, and she fell in love with the clothing I had designed. When I came back the next day, she told me I had real talent, and that I should try earning a scholarship to Harbin Academy. A famous art school. I knew immediately that I wanted to enroll there. I had already decided when I first started drawing class that I wanted to become a fashion designer when I grew up.
I could have just asked my parents to pay the tuition fee for the academy, like I did with most (not all!) things. But I really wanted to prove myself worthy to everyone that I could enroll without the need of money. So I started talking drawing classes three times a week instead of two, and after school everyday, I would go straight to my room and practice.
Everything paid of in the end. At the age of thirteen, I had my portfolio finished, and I sent it to the academy. I didn't have to wait long, an acceptance letter two weeks later. I was ecstatic. I quickly packed my bags, and after a somewhat tearful goodbye to my parents, and giving a cute little dog to keep them company, I flew to Canada.
...And here I am now.

With another sigh, Lydia nodded wearily. "It better end soon, I need a shower, stat."she replied, grinning a bit at his accent. She didn't know Garret that much, but she already decided in her mind that he would be a person that would keep her entertained for hours.
Makes me wonder what he is like on the field.
A playful pout appeared on her face as Garret called her stiff. "Well I'm sorry," she said, sticking her tongue out and pretending to be offended. "I just can't sit still, especially when there is going to be a mission." she replied, smiling slightly. A confused yet curious look appeared on her face as he walked over and sat down next to her, and the expression deepened when he ordered her to turn around. Hesitantly, she turned. "What are you going to do?" she asked, her voice suspicious.
Suddenly, she heard tires squeak. Lydia whipped her head around, her eyes wide, and her body tense. Then she laughed. It was just a trolley being pushed by a middle aged woman. In the cart were various packages with french words scribbled on them. She tilted her head curiously, and bent over Garret so she could see the packages properly. Lydia squinted her eyes, trying to make out the words. Finally, she leaned back into her seat. "What is that?" she asked Garret, guessing that he knew french.
