HELD OUR BREATH FOR TOO LONG,
NOW WE'RE HALF SICK ABOUT IT
Hey loves, I'm Olivinia Melani McEvens, but I go by Oli. Call me anything else and you'll be on your face. I was born fifteen dreaded years ago on July 1st. For those of you who can't count, that mean July 1st, 1993. I'm completely and utterly dedicated to anything music related, so in other words I'm a music major baby. I'm probably one of the few bisexual musician you will meet... or maybe not, depending on who you know. Give me any instrument and I'll play it to my best ability, that's what we musicians do.

GENERAL
AND ALTHOUGH PRATFALLS CAN BE FUN
ENCORES CAN BE FATAL
BEFORE
My mother and father met in Stockholm, Sweden. They were both in high school. Father was 18 and mother was 17. He got my mother pregnant, then disappeared from her life. I guess she decided she was much to young to have a child, because I don't remember anything about her.
BIRTH
I was born on July 1st, 1993. For the first year of my life, I lived with my mother and her family. Then I was put up for adoption. I don't remember much about my mother, actually I don't remember anything. All I know is that I have an old wrinkled picture of her that I carry everywhere with me. In the adoption center, I was the youngest kid there. Everyone else was at least above the age of five.
CHILDHOOD
I remember when I was just 3 years old, one of the women who worked at the adoption center brought me a mini violin. She taught me how to play, and for the longest time, I remember wishing she would adopt me. But she didn't. Anyway, that was the beginning of my life of music. I played that little violin everyday, and I quickly became obsessed with it. When I was about 5 years old, I got adopted by a woman named Clarce Humdigger. That didn't last for long. She hated the sound of my violin, and I refused to stop playing it. After only a year of living with her, I as sent back to the adoption center. I stayed there for the next three years of my life. My childhood was extremely uneventful, and I don't remember much of it other than that.
NEW HOME
When I was 8 years old, I was adopted into a Canadian family, and that's where I stayed. It was a small family, just a mother, father, and a daughter. I remember having to be home schooled so I could learn to speak English and French. It was hard, but I was a fast learner. A lot of times, my English or French was hard to understand because of my think Swedish accent, which I still have today. I quickly grew a accustomed to Canadian ways, and was thrilled when I learned my birthday was on a holiday. Even though I was slightly outcasted in school, I was excepted at my new home, and that was all that mattered for me. My new family supported my music too, which I loved, since music was my life, even at the young age of 9.
MATURING
I was fast to mature, or that's what my new parents said anyway. At only 11 years pf age, I was maturing faster than a lot of 13 year olds were. I spent a lot of time learning about things, how they worked, why things happened, etc. There was one thing I could never understand though. Why humans did the things they did. I tried so hard to figure out why my mother left me at an adoption center, but I could never come up with a good enough reason. My music began taking up more of my time, and by the age of 12, I was starting to master bass as well. My new father hadintroduced me to guitar, and I loved that instrument almost as much as my violin. I still had my old little violin, but I had to get a new one, since I was no longer thetiny thing I once was.
ADOLESCENCE
When I turned 13, I started school for real. No longer was I home schooled, but instead I went to a real school, with other kids my age. A lot of people found it hard to understand me, because of my Swedish accent. I didn't care. As I got older, I learned that if I didn't want people to talk to me, I could just speak in Swedish until they decided to stop trying. I learned I was extremely stobborn too. I still continued to be the sweet girl I was at one oint, but I didnt let people change my mind about anything. I always wanted to help my friends and family. I wanted everyone to be happy all the time. I on the other hand, bottled all my emotions up, but I had no idea why.
HARBIN ACADEMY
I was just recently enrolled into Harbin Academy on a music schollar ship. Violin, Guitar, Bass, Piano, and Clarinet are the only instruments I currently nkow how to play, even though I wish I knew how to play more. I'm still rather bubbly and outgoing, even though at times I feel like an outcast. I absolutely love writing music for orchestra's. I'm expecting a lot of crap for being a freshmen, or as I heard someone say, Freshmeat. I'm prepared though...

As he replied to her, Mel did the same thing he had done a few moments before. She observed him carefully, taking in everything about him. His deep dark brown eyes and the grin on his face made his look perfect, and Melani couldn't help but think that he must have been an angel, or even a god, at one point. She glanced up at his hair, the spikey brown hair seemed to be the perfect look for him. Melani took in the navy blue jacket he was wearing, and she noticed the small buldge in one of the pockets that made her think of cigarettes, the jacket must be where the smell of cigarettes and mint was coming from. Glancing down, she noticed his baggy pants, that made her legs look even smaller than they were. Mel noticed he had no shoes on and felt almost jealous. She hated wearing shoes, but the staff at Mana said she wasn't aloud to walk around without shoes on.
