Kay, I has plot idea ^_^ Yay for me =] I don't get good ideas (or ideas, period) very often, cos the bit where the grey stuff's meant to be is kinda occupied by air and shizz, so bear with me.
Kay, so, as the people/person that read my profile for Tristan will be aware, she was orphaned (of her own free will) at age eight. As she was so young, she was never convicted, and not suspected either until a detective opened up the cold case a few months ago (the entire reason for her moving again).
I figure that nothing should come of it until she has a boyfriend that she's only with for appearance's sake (was thinking he could abuse her - mentally and physically both work for me). After they're settled in their relationship, she gets contacted by a guy from England (where she was born) who has inside news on how the case is going. He's trying to help, but there's another guy that's trying to get her to reveal whatever she did that night. They're on the same side as far as society's concerned, but one of them's crooked (obviously).
I figure that the boyfriend wouldn't have much to do with it; that he wouldn't care, and so she turns to one of her other friends, who happens to have a crush on her, but which she is oblivious to.
Yeah, that's pretty much the extent of my thoughts at the minute. Will update when teh brain decides to work again.
Oh, and I thought that an old friend from Miami could surface =]
Basically, all I need from you awesome peoples is an abusive boyfriend, a guy with a crush, and an old friend. The peoples from England can easily be NPCed.
