There comes a moment in everyone’s life that you feel a kind of rush that you have never experienced before. This can be by picking up something, something simple and something that never seemed to mean anything to you before that moment. A guitar, a pencil, a camera, a microphone.
Or it can happen when you walk into a place, a place that you’ve seen a thousand times but never paid attention to. A dance studio or a local theatre.
The second you come in contact with this object or place you feel like you finally belong, like it was especially designed for you.
The many students at NYSA, the New York School of Arts, have all experienced this sudden rush. They know that they have a pure talent for something, and they will not stop at anything to get to the top with what they do best. Everyone’s past is different, everyone’s personality is not like the next. They come from all over the world, speak various languages. And yet they are all tied together by the one thing that joins them.
